This is our view for 2 hours during rush hour in Orlando.

The biggest Bellows we've ever seen!
I was climbing stairs when he darted out and I about
broke my neck flying back down the stairs, backwards!
A SPECIAL VISIT WITH SOMEONE SPECIAL.....
JULIA
(She has lots of them.)
Her roommate that she loves, and of course, their room.
It was good seeing her so happy at Ambassador College.
She's made lots of friends and is attending a small church that she loves.
See in you in December, Julia.
(Mr. McIntosh, Aunt Esthers sisters husband.)and Hostess, (Mrs. McIntosh, Aunt Esthers sister)
while we were in NC,
and believe me, there is no better place to stay!!
Southern Hospitality at its finest. We enjoyed so much just sitting around and visiting.
It's so nice just to be able to relax and enjoy life
without all the busyness.
Mark McIntosh took us out to one of the many "Mom and Pop" diners.(So many testimonies of the Lord.)
L to R, Fern, Vaughtie, Aunt Esther.
Ahhh, what a sweety.
(Silas)
(Silas)
(The Cabin)
Peeling potatoes in 68 degree weather.
and it's the best southern cooking I've eaten.
We decided to cook dinner in the cabin on the wood burning stove.
Cheesin for the camera :)
The Brocketts surprised us all the way from New York.
Eugene and Vaughtie loved them and Mark and Amy loved them as well.
(I told you. Southern hospitality at its finest.)
We were so thrilled to see them again and spend a few days together.
(Thank you Brocketts, for making the trip extra special.)
that he cooked on the stove.
(I ask you, what more could one want?)
(Uncle Jim and Ben)
Our Anniversary Present.
TIME FOR A TRAIN RIDE
We took a 5 hour train ride through the Smokies.
The following pics are some of the sights from the train.
We found the perfect place on this bridge, right over the rapids.
(Ben brought his red "Treasure Chest" that's always full of surprises.)
You have to park on the opposite side of the river from your house and walk to your house.
A tree had fallen on the tracks, so it has to be sawed down.
After visiting Cherokee, NC, we decided to eat dinner at this wonderful Steakhouse.
The APPLE ORCHARD
(Of course, they were relatives of Mr. or Mrs. McIntosh, which most people are in that area.)
Golden Delicious
"Now who lives over that ridge......"
"Rome" or "Red Delicious"
It's such a testimony to see sisters stay this close all their lives,
which is how it should be, but is very rare.
What a blessing
(That I'm so envious of.)
(I got a few cuttings, so we'll see what happens.)
Ruby giving me some of her magnificent flowers to seed.

Wow Tina...
Looks like you & Ben had a wonderful time together. Ben still looks as happy and excited with his bride today as he did 25 years ago on your wedding day...Glory be to God!!!
Thanks for sharing :0)
Much love...Denise
What a lovely trip! You had so much fun together and I am so happy for you. That little Silas looks so much like William - cute!
That cabin is JUST your kind of place! You looked like granny in your rocker on the front porch! (Sorry, you know what I mean! You DO NOT look old - just like a granny relaxing and enjoying yourself!)
I love that wonderful old stove - how fun! Did you and Ben get to stay in the cabin? Was it on the same property as the McIntosh
home?
What exactly was your anniversary present? I can tell it is machinery of some sort!
The scenery on your train trip was gorgeous!
So glad you had that special time together :)
God bless you with many more years together!
Love,
Molly
Hello Molly,
So good to hear from you.
Yes that cabin is in the back of the McIntosh's property. The two of them built it. We didn't stay in it this time, because the Brocketts stayed in it.
The Anniversary present was a Hay mower and Round Baler. You know about that machinery, don't you? :)
Thank you for your "Anniversary Blessing". You are a precious friend.
Love you,
Tina
