Cold and Sweet

COLD

This was the warmest night all week!!
The lowest temperature was 18.
On those extremely cold nights, the kids
put a sprinkler in the tree and left it on all night and the next morning....
They woke up to a icy wonderland:)

There's no keeping your grass lush and green in this weather,
not that ours is ever that way. :)
(We just do it for other people.)

Our heater went out during this cold weather.
(Probably due to lack of use),
so the fireplace was a very popular place to be.

One big bedroom, but at least we're warm.
(Desperate times call for desperate measures.)

Now that's dedication.
(No, it's not schoolwork.)

The roundup must go on in any kind of weather,
thanks to James.

The rest is of this post is pretty

SWEET

SWEET Florida OJ.

Gallons and gallons.

After 20 years of juicing, one of the pieces on our juicer became stripped,
but we ordered and recieved the part in 3 days and now we're good
for another 20 years.
(We highly recommend the "Acme Supreme Juicerator".)

The canners come to the rescue.

LOOKOUT, it could blow!!
Wow, it's like.....

Indoor clouds,
and for this cloud lovin girl,

Pawleys and the Crackers

What a blessed time we had with precious friends,
The Pawley family

A trip to the Atlantic Ocean.
Yes! Even in January.
(The water's never too cold for anyone under 30!! :))

It was a perfect day,
the weather was in the high 60's and
the water was COLD!! (Real Cold) Sand Art

Special time with dad...........and let us run with patience the race that is set before us.
Heb. 12:1 Will they???? getting closer........ And they're in!!!Happily freezing :)
(It was only cold for a couple minutes, before everything went numb.) Abby enjoying her day at the ocean.
(The only sane one that really likes having feeling in her limbs:))They're going to provide dinner. Is there something on the end of that line?
I hope that's not dinner!!Jon and Aaron havin a blast. "If only I could get these boots off my feet, I could be havin a blast, too!!" "Now that I've got the boots off my feet, what do I do next?"SCHOOL??
(You must not be a Pollock!!!)They figured if the Eskimos can keep warm with ice,
they can do the same thing with sand. "What do you do on a hot, sunny day in January,
after a long strenuous workout fighting the waves in the fierce ocean?
Have yourself a nice, cool, crisp coke."
AwwwwGo loooong Oh yeah!! Fun....until the ball gets "accidentally" thrown into the ice water! "Liv, I hear your teeth chattering." Where's your Heart? A beautiful end to a beautiful day.
Time for goodbyes. We just don't like that "g" word.
Nope, not at all!!

Thank you Pawleys for a wonderfully good time and for putting up
with the Florida "Crackers".

We love you and are blessed with your friendship.
See ya in a few.
