Through The River and Into the Woods :)

And heeere we go,
5 ladies in a truck.
We never take pictures until we get out of
the "flat land" that we look at EACH and EVERY DAY!!

Enjoying the beauty of God's magnificent creation. The New River Gorge.

(The last time we visited here was in a 30 ft. RV hanging off of a cliff!)

(This time it's much more relaxing, but not quite as adventurous :)

Dreaming of jumping in.....
the rapids.
Sweetie Pie
Tranquility
Power and Beauty

Here I go?!?!

We made our 12oo+ mile trek in one piece,

and are so happy to see our far away friends.

The Pockett Sisters,

so glad to be reunited.

The Camo Pockett Sisters Photo Shoot.

Hope the "Hollow" wood floor holds!!
Pure Gold
I guess the photo shoot is over.

On to the next adventure.Over and under,
up and down,
Here we go,
round and round.
Some of the crew (No names ;)) did not realize
while walking under the Erie Canal that there was an area to get
off of the road when cars are coming,
as it is pitch dark,
so needless to say, when they saw cars coming,
they ran for their lives,
all the way through the tunnel!!And this is the result!!Now that everyone is revived,
let's continue. How bout climbing the tower? The spiral staircase at the top was just big enough for one person
to get through,
and you couldn't see a thing while you were climbing.
Having a little sunset snack. Now this is what we call a snack.
Thank you Mr. and Mrs. Dart for a grand day (and night).
They finally get to meet the famous Ronald. They're extremely excited to meet him or something!

A friend is a treasure,
that lasts forever.
What a blessed time.
The Garden of Weedin.
(Since the weather is in the 90's,
Adama could not work without her trusty umbrella,
for fear of sun stroke :)
Let's make some sugar coated, sugar truffles. You know what happens when you eat too much sugar, don't you?

Real strange things!!
This could get scary.

Yep, SCARY!!

As things get a little carried away,
Monte Cristo tries to seranade them to calm their spirits.
Looking better,
a more calm look.

I guess all "calm" things must come to an end.It was quite warm while in the fields of NY,
so this nice refreshing stream, river, body of water looks very inviting. So they invited themselves and jumped right in. The foolishness has got to end sometime.
Nothing but seriousness from now on, serious we say.
Well being all seriously glum is absolutely no fun,
so nevermind about all that.
We shall continue being happy and all good things that come with it.
This is in the pond,
20 feet deep,
with bubbling creatures that come out at night,
that only a momma can hear.
(There in there I tell you!!)
Stay tuned for the next episode of our adventure,
Is that wedding bells I hear?

What an honor to hear from the famous Honeymooners!! I have no doubt that you are enjoying your time and I also am sure we don't want to be there ;). Yep, can't go wrong with chocolate, but you can go crazy!!

Good to hear from you, Julia. We purchased the camo material from a trucking company that would sell their leftover delivery items. We bought two spools of 50' by 100 yards, at an unbelievable price. The company has sinced closed :(, but I think we have enough to last a lifetime because it never wears out!! Let us know if you need some, o.k.?

Hi,ya'll! It was so good to see you and hang out with you when you came to visit! My favorite was the bike ride capped with all the singing on the way back. I'm sorry I missed out on the truffle making, but it looks like it got a little scary. Whatever you put it them, they sure tasted good when you were done. =) You took the pictures in the wheat field just in time 'cause the next day they harvested it! Thanks for helping to stuff the last loads of hay in the barn. It went so much faster with so many people watching...I mean working. =D Miss you! Abby
