cores and peelings.
What a blessing not to have to buy pectin!!

Looks like ya'll had a fun November. Hard to believe it's already gone! Mmmmmmmmmmm!!!! That apple pie looks WONDERFUL! It's always such a blessing to be able to can your own produce, isn't it?!? Lots of work, but so rewarding! : )

Looks like you had a enjoyable Thanksgiving. I'm curious about making apple pectin. How do you do it? How do you store it? Also, can you store horseradish? Maybe you can it?
I really enjoy your blog. Your family looks like they have such nice times with each other.
